Overview

The SCHSBM’s Executive HR Leadership Programme offers an immersive HR experience through the exploration of innovative and agile HR thinking that focuses on linking HR best practices with business strategy. HR leaders will learn the fundamental elements of a successful HR strategy and how to effectively align strategy, human capital, performance and culture within their organisation. This programme will also seek to enhance delegates’ capabilities as an HR leader by enabling them to implement effective HR strategies through the development of high-performance cultures and strategic talent management within their organisation. It will provide rich insights which will enable leaders to develop pioneering solutions to shape the future of HR within their organisation. Thus, the programme is intended to develop agile HR leaders with the ability to execute human capital strategies which proactively align to their organisation’s business strategy.
